I live in PG but I did (still do) everything in Arlington so I totally agree. People don't realize Fairfax is huge and there's a need for a gym for people who don't want to go to deep into Fairfax or to PG County.

I don't see anyone being negative? Not to mention if people were worried about CA having the same quality in NC, it would be more than reasonable to have all the same concerns and more about fame moving to London. So i can see why people would be unsure about it... But I've seen nothing negative.
