Lately, there seems to be a lot of newbies who are creating accounts for the sole purpose of handing out negative ratings. @klynn64 seems to be targeted right now on some of her posts and it really is unfair. It has also happened to many others, including myself. I was wondering if Fierceboard might consider requiring a minimum number of posts by new account holders before they could hand out negative ratings. The two day waiting period to gain access to this side is not enough. I would love to see new posters participate for a set minimum of posts before they can start rating others negatively. There have been too many people who come in, lurk or fight for a day, and mess up people's ratings and then are never heard from again or they get banned like I think happened in this most recent case. If we had a mandatory waiting period, I think that they will either learn to respect and enjoy the community, or they will get bored and leave .
