So CP is a pretty flexible kid, she can do a lovely heel stretch, a good bow and arrow and a nice scale. However her scorpion is just bad, a dorito at its best. Her goal is to get a decent one, but I don't know if it's bad shoulder flexibility, (she can just barely grab her ankle), or bad back flexibility. Any suggestions for stretches? I don't want her to hurt her back trying to do something that honestly might not be possible for her.
