Backhandspring before it. So for example no whip doubles."Double fulls are only allowed in running tumbling and must be preceded by a back handspring"
This confuses me, does this mean a if you do round off back handspring double, that after the double there has to be a bhs, or there just cant be anything besides a back handspring after it?
Also if you read here, starting 2014-2015 only seniors can wear half tops.
The only rule I like is the bottom age on senior teams. I think 10 is pretty reasonable. But everything else, I strongly dislike.
