just checked out the mid-atlantic cheer website... (its redesigned thank god)
I don't see anywhere that says you must bring 90% of your program. This may open the bids up to a lot of bigger gyms.

Hi Rich. I called and spoke to one of their representatives early in the summer and you sure do have to bring 90 percent of your program if you have a team going for a bid.

I knew that was too good to be true. I actually found it in a different area of the site. They moved it from where it was.
