Are they all friendly competitions to each other or are they like smoed VS. BSB drama?

Smoed vs. BSB "drama" is mostly perpetuated by fans who have no involvement with either team. There may be a rivalry between them, especially come time for Worlds, but they don't generally create problems for each other.
Teams at any competition are generally friendly to each other and encourage each other. Drama at competitions is one of those stereotypes that cheerleading can't seem to escape.

so the Pittsburgh gyms (FCA, Pitts. Superstars, Pitts. Pride, Fire And Ice, and Hot Cheer) don't have drama between each other?

Since we attend a pittsburgh gym I'll tell you our experience. We went to gym 1 for 3 years and left after the season was over. We took a year off because my girls weren't sure what they wanted to do. We visited a few gyms and decided on the current one we are attending. A good amount of girls from gym 1 has left and went to a varity of different gyms in pittsburgh. We are always excited to see them and compete against them. I feel if there is drama between gyms it's more or less the parents than the kids. I know that when the gyms have showcases alot of the girls go to the other gyms to cheer on their friends.

Are you looking to start some? Because I can bet the drama will start on here real quick with all these threads you've created that are cluttering up the board.
I'm not. I feel like there all nice to each other.

Why do you care if there's drama...? Mind your own business

Are you planning on cheering for one of these gyms in college? Otherwise it wouldn't affect anything

I would think in every city with multiple gyms each gym would be at least cordial to the other gyms. Now please sit back and see how the forums function before contributing. I lurked before creating an account for several years.

Coming from someone who has been an athlete at a pittsburgh gym for many years and now coaches for a program right outside of pittsburgh, I can for sure say that there is not drama. The Pittsburgh area is saturated with an unusual amount of EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE programs level 1-6. Going to competitions in the city is something that a lot of gyms from Ohio and surrounding areas are not mentally prepared for... It is not drama filled, but you can definitely feel the intensity that programs bring. Whether it is during a Tiny 1 warm up or a worlds team warm up, every gym is out for blood and I feel as if we all respect that out of each other. If you ever want to experience an extremely intense 1 day competition with high caliber teams in almost every division possible, Pittsburgh is the place for you.

I don't want to go to a competition and be like "ummm... awkward... ._."
Unless you are a part of one of the gyms any drama if it even existed wouldn't be your problem.

Come on, stop lying. We have all heard of the cheer gang turf wars. Maybe I have the wrong groups but aren't the Jets and the Sharks in a brutal drama issue right now because their cheerlebrities were secretly seeing each other?
