Oh yea... And it's sooo good

I can happily say I have never seen ANY of these movies (except the Fox and the Hound and I hate it because of how it ends). I have a steadfast rule that I will never knowingly watch a sad movie. Life is tough enough that I never want to invest 2 hours into a movie that I will leave feeling like crap.

So...if you want to create a list of "happy movies" I can participate, but not the sad ones!!!

(PS my daughters watched Titanic 10,000 times when they were younger and I left the room every single time it came on because I knew what happened at the end!!)

Life is Beautiful. I saw it in the movies and the entire audience sat there crying for a good 20 minutes after it ended. I can't even retell the plot without tearing up. Any movie about the Holocaust does that to me but this one in particular because it was such a beautiful story about a father's love for his child.

I am a movie cry baby though. Dh jokes that I hold the record for the fastest cry at the movies for Sleepless in Seattle. I think that was about 3 seconds for me when we realized his wife died.

Most definitely for Boyz in the Hood and Higher Learning. The Help I just enjoyed because it was such a good adaptation of the book.
