It doesn't acknowledge 2nd or 3rd.

However, there is NO really good way to do awards that acknowledges the ENTIRE top 3.

If you do them traditionally, 2nd and 3rd STILL won't feel recognized because by the time you get to 2nd, the first place team is usually already in OMGGGGGG mode.

You generally can't make everyone happy with awards. Someone will always end up miffed/upset.

I have no idea if it is CSP, but she isn't the coach of that team - that's her sister Kelly.
