Lucky.
(If I had lived one street over, I might have had him as a student teacher. Sigh.)

Girl, compared to who we had before, he's off the charts.

heyyyy don't hate on Harper.

I just have a thing for super French Canadian looking people.

Rumor has it he was offered a position for his support. Wouldn't be that surprising and I think Carson could do well in an advisory position as long as it has to do with something medical---where his experience is clearly more relevant.

My grandfather is a big Carson fan. When I was younger, my grandfather asked me to read his books "Think Big" and "Gifted Hands." Carson is a smart, hardworking man. I've thought all along that if he just had a little political experience, he could really start to run with it. Getting any type of position I think could be huge for him in the future.

What everyone said about BMI is so true. For me yes I know I am overweight but my fitness is and strength is pretty good. I am quite insecure because I am in a reality where in dance skinny looks the best and to get a good dance partner I will need to be slim and it's hard I try but am so stressed with life.
I'm starting to realise though to let my technique do the talking and if I can do a decent 2 min jive I have done a great job

I finally got around to watching Mad Max: Fury Road this weekend and holy moly it deserved every single Oscar it won. If you like cult-ish/dark fantasy types of movies then I totally recommend it. The story line is sub-par (I mean, it's an action movie so you can't expect a life changing plot) but artisically, it's amazing. I might have a new favorite movie.

I just wanted to share because I am STILL fangirling over it days later.

This is so random, but does anyone know why those big trucks (I'm blanking on the name but Mack brand and such) no longer have "if you can't see my mirrors, I can't see you" written on the back of them? I recently noticed that none of them have this, where when I first started driving, like 6 years ago, they did. Was it proven that the statement wasn't true or something?

I'll agree to disagree with you. I felt so let down based on the hype. I actually got really bored watching it.

The statement is very true and in inclement weather it is even more true. I still see them a fair amount but since no law requiring them I will venture a guess a lot of companies don't apply them as a method of cost savings.

Just a friendly tip, never ride next to a tractor trailer or directly behind it.

The story was boring (and quite predictable). I don't think many action movies have good story lines anyways. It was definitely a movie where if there wasn't any action I'd be sleeping. I was watching it for the production/make up/costume design and the attention to detail since those were the Oscar categories they won. That's the part that I thought was really well done and what made it exciting for me. I REALLY liked their take on the dystopian world though, I'm a sucker for dark and creepy. It was so different from what we see now in the media.

Also it reminded me of My Chemical Romance's last album (Danger Days: The True Lives of the Dangerous Killjoys) in a weird way... Like if MCR got Guillermo del Toro to direct the movie version of that album, you'd have Mad Max: Fury Road. MCR's video for "Na Na Na" is like a B-movie comic book version of the original Mad Max - which is fitting for them.
So maybe that also has something to do with my current obsession with Mad Max: Fury Road. I love me some MCR #rip

We actually said that while watching it (about MCR).

@Eyes On The Prize lolllll MCR was the first band I ever saw in concert. They were opening for Green Day. I'm very hardcore. \m/
I'm jealous of your hardcore self[emoji14]I still consider MCR my favorite band and I never got to see them in person. And it is still disappointing. I told myself I'd never miss an opportunity to see something I love before it's too late again and I'm having the same argument in my head over Hamilton and seeing it with the original members.

I have faith MCR will do a reunion tour within the next few years. And I better be getting Hamilton tickets for Mother's Day, that's all I'm saying.
