Well, that was boring. I kinda almost wished I watched it in Primetime where they could try to spin it as a great heroic battle.

The biggest battle was Japan/China/Russia.

sad for no more teams of five and sad Martha's last team. But good name choice.

I probably find it more sad about a team of four than I am Marta retiring...like the announcer said, they'll still be at the ranch and she'll prob pop in

First Four in 2020

Team Three in 2028

Terrific Two in 2036

Only One in 2044

I'm sure that's what a lot of people said about Romania when they were a powerhouse during the Olympics in past years. Kind of hope that Romania has a resurgence over this next quadrennium.

I may be wrong but the Girls did not really look that excited when they won. Then again i turned the stream off after a few minutes so maybe i missed the exciting part of awards

I'm here for everyone having a resurgence

I'm here for Japan men and women pulling a China and taking gold in 2020 in Tokyo


It's great that America is the bees knees....but I like competition. I like to see teams others challenging each other for first place and waiting for suspense of that last score.

Yeah because she's Gabby and can't catch a break

I don't put my hand over my heart for the National Anthem, only during the pledge. It's how I was taught in school (after the pledge we'd also break into "my country tis of thee....")

At sporting events I always see a mix of people crossing and not crossing


But since she's Gabby...Treason

Unfortunately its already brutal on twitter.... I don't really mind either way as I was always taught it was optional as long as you stood in a respectful manner, but she did stick out as the only one not doing it.
