They stunt so effortless. And the flyer flexibility does not seem forced at all. Perfect example of just stretching and taking time out to do it. Also this is an open team so most of these girls are 17 and above AKA the age you start to tighten up.


From what I see many coaches nowadays are considering flyer flexibility as something for the flyer to work on at home and don't really monitor progression. Many young athletes aren't going to stretch at home if there coach isn't tracking if their stretches improve.

I miss the days when everyone wanted a needle and to be like Gabi Butler :( even I (a backspot) had a close one.
