These monsters groom the child and their family. They pick on vulnerable parents and kids. I am sure that child services is involved and hopeful that the sweet girl and her mom are getting the help they need to overcome such a horrific crime.

I do believe he just does photos for whomever. Many companies (talking small based like the ponies, random cheer shirts, etc...) hire him for local "shoots"
