What do you want to get a picture of?

If you want to post an avatar (small picture on the left next to your name) just click on your name a the upper right of the screen to go to your profile selections and click avatar. It should allow you to upload one. I think if the picture is too large then it wont let you.

this is a really stupid question im sure.. but how in the world do you post a new forum?!?!?!

You probably mean a new thread. A new Forum is an entirely new category and you would have to request an admin adds one of those.

You can start a new thread by clicking on the "Post New Thread" button at the top of any of the Forums
