CLA AXplosion's 2011-2012 uniform :D It's simple but looks great in routines with the stripes on the arms

the length of this top. and with an a-line skirt

Believe me, I lived in South Florida near Miami when I was younger for about five years, and it was completely appropriate even back then to wear things like that because most people live in some type of bathing suit anyway (but nobody really went to the beach because of tourists, maybe it's changed since then, but did/does anyone else down there ever find that weird?). Saying that, I love Top Gun's uniforms and I bet they'll work them out like no other.

Okay now somebody bring me an arepa please.

Comparing Brandon to Miami is like comparing Apples to Oran...SANGRIA! lol

And like it was said in an earlier post it's not just about weather...its more culture...South Florida is much less conservative as some of the big cheer areas throughout the country.

CP came to a camp at your gym this summer and completely fell in love. She now wants to go to school in Miami and cheer at Top Gun. She is dead serious. :)

Sorry it took so long, I was at Open 4 practice.

After several samples and going back and forth we decided to combine two of the staffs favorite uniforms, the original black and gold GK uniform and last years Semi Limited Worlds uni to produce the following (and yes GK makes bras and leotards that go with the uniform, lol):

I LOVE THIS!!

Are there going to be any fun garter/boot/leg accessories?

Everyone keeps saying how they dont like the off the shoulder, but everyone seems to love CEA lvl5 and there off the shoulder. Whats the difference?
Don't necessarily assume somebody who loves CEA also loves their uniforms. Personally, I dislike that they don't have shoulder fabric as much as I dislike any uniform that doesn't have shoulder fabric. I just don't make it obvious because I want to pretend I love everything about CEA and that they can do no wrong. I can't say it enough, these uniforms have BEAUTIFUL designs, but functionality should be important too.

I know some teams take it WAY overboard with designs and stuff but have CEA's off the shoulder uniforms ever proven to not be functional? I think that just seeing these uniforms people automatically think 'oh off the shoulder won't be practical' but has CEA ever had any true issues over the past two or three seasons?

It's not a matter of an athlete's body part popping out during the routine. It's that it is a scientific fact that at the level of intensity a cheerleading routine entails, not providing adequate support through a sports bra for that part of the body can be detrimental to the tissues of the breast. If you don't believe me, type in "Why do we need sports bras?" into google.
