We are some of the people that had major problems with our uniforms... This is our timeline, just to give you an idea.
We had try outs in May, and our rep came in June. She sent a first design (not in person, drawn up online), we didn't like it and decided on a final uniform in July. We then placed the order, and got most of them in the middle of October. Most, but not all. Random boxes here and there, with no rhyme or reason. We got them all, put them on, and I would say 90% did not fit correctly. We mixed/matched and still were forced to send back over 50% of the tops, and some skirts. We reordered exactly three weeks before the first competition, and were told it would take three weeks for reorders. Our first competition was November 5th, we had none of the new uniforms (although we figured this would happen). They just came in last Saturday... Which means they were three weeks later than what we were told.

I would assume this is pretty standard across the board, but I'm sure some wait until the last minute. Honestly, I thought I was being on the ball, and wouldn't have been mad if they were fitted correctly by the rep and delivered when I was told.

where did you get your uniforms from? and were you happy with them in the end? do you have them all now?

Yes FCA...I was gonna say. Those curls are WAY to perfect!! I love the look of the fake curls but too many come out on stage. At one comp we went to I think I counted like 5 on the floor, they were flying off like confetti. I think that is a deduction too, not sure though.

I also think they can look fake up close. I was fooled by the picture, but they are awfuly shiney up close and in person. Guess I'll keep practicing...no cheer curls allowed at our gym.

Do you mind me asking what company you ordered from? I just don't understand how a company can get an order for a uniform in June and just get them to the people correctly in November. It would be one thing if they told the gym that they were going to take that long but most order them thinking that they would be in a good time before their first competition. Glad that your gym finally got them in and I hope they are all correct now.

We ordered from varsity, and have received them all.
In the end, we are still not happy with them. The rep brought a different type of top to fittings than what we ordered, and all of them are too short. We added +3 inches on many of them (the most you can add), and they are still too short (we have full length tops). I can set two skirts or tops that are supposed to be the same size next to each other and they are totally different.
Overall, I hate to say it, but they are junk. They took our money and don't care if we are happy or not, and doubt I can be convinced otherwise. The only reason we even got the reorder was because my husband is a lawyer, and initially asked to return them for a full refund. Instead of losing the sale they decided to do the reorder for us.
Sorry for highjacking the thread-I know people want uniforms, not complaining. :)

not sure when we ordered our uniforms but they are still not in and we have our first competition in 11 days AAAAHHHH so freaked out!!!!!

Same thing happened to us, We ordered sizers in all sizes and the youth sizers didnt come in in time for our date so our rep sized them in other uniforms she had. The the order came in and all our youth tops were made with the wrong fabric! They were supposed to have mystique red and blue and came in just regular red and blue. Reorder came in a few weeks ago and were wrong AGAIN, they had mystique red but still the wrong blue.

Our original order was delivered in Sept. and we are still waiting on the correct youth tops!

I absolutely adore the AZ Power unis. So gorgeous. The practice wear is stunning too and if they get their proshop up and running soon I'll be ordering some to go wait at my friends school for me until I visit her in Feb!
I like Hamilton Stars from the back, but not so much from the front.

You do realize that was not AZ POWER's uniform. That was Power XTREME. Az Power has only been back in business for less then a year. And those Uni's that everyone loves had to be altered (had to take aprox 10 inches of the waist) The fabric was falling apart by the time they made it to worlds.

Aren't they the same gym, they just changed their name?
