Do the girls on WCSS REALLY agree with the changes, or are they saying that because it's their coach? Cause i saw a video not too long ago of Kelsey working on a standing double, which would be anyones dream to compete. Call me naive, but I would be PISSED that i could no longer throw that or a standing full
its safe to say kelsey is pissed. all the wcss are tweeting up a storm on twitter right now. kiana, tessa, toni, kelsey, lyric, all of them.

I am guessing it is the girl's real facebook, don't know because I don't stalk her on facebook, but Kelsey posted on Courtney's status saying "These new rules aren't fair at all. We all worked so hard to get to where were at and it's like we have nothing to work for anymore. Cannot believe this at all :( "

Just. Bought. $350. Uniform. For. My. 9-year-old. So now I have to buy another one???

:banghead::eek::help:
If I read it right the uniform thing doesn't come into until later, is that what everyone else read?

Not all, but some are not saying anything out of respect for their coach. Kelsey is upset and understandably so. To work so hard and to be told that you can't do that anymore, it's horrible.
I respect that. Another thing that will never fail to slip my mind is how F5 has near full squad standing fulls and that was the talk of the town. Im sure not all the girls are graduating this year, so with all of the Veterans, what will they do?

Why do you guys wear your uniforms like that? You unis look so good with a full top. USASF, will you please tell them that their unis look good with a full top?

I'm a bad poster and haven't read every page (yet-just got home from practice) but I want to point out one thing. I believe USASF is often trying to help the small gym, but the 10+ rule for seniors really hurts small gyms. There are gyms around here that only have one team, and stick everyone on it. For them, this means having no team now. There are tons of small gyms that will be forced to turn kids away (either too old or too young).
This could really impact our gym next year... I agree I don't want a team of 18 year olds with 8 year olds, but in our case we planned on taking our junior 3 up to senior 3. At one point this season, they competed senior 3 and beat out 6 teams, so they can hang. We will have one girl that ages up to senior. This year we had two girls that even made it juniors, and the rest could have been youth. Do we cut the senior girl? Because realistically, we have to cut a lot of these kids that are young if it's going senior. I don't think people realize how much this really impacts small gyms that barely have senior aged teams.

Goodbye excitement for allstar cheer. Hello everyone doing the same routine.

Fact!
The partner stunt section has already reached a point where they are all variations of the same stunt....yes there is some creativity, and the scattered team who finds a way to make impact, but full ups, tick tocks, double downs, in pretty much every one....jumps - 4 to tuck seems to be pretty standard, full team kick doubles....and with every team able to so easily max out tumbling that section will all look the same now too!

Question, so it says no STANDING fulls, that leaves toe fulls open to be performed, that is completely backwards from all other levels, you throw the standing before you add the jump, doesn't make any sense. Am I missing something?
