Forgive me if it's already been discussed but has anyone ever used iron on paper for logos? Like print it out on blank transfer paper. Would you have to buy special ink?

I've used t shirt transfer paper for cutouts. I find it works quite well if you buy the ones that are specifically for the colour you're using (ie dark or light) As far as I'm aware you don't need special ink.

I made this one with iron-on transfer paper, I just used normal printer ink.
