Not sure about you, but I'm having a hard time keeping up with who merged, who closed and who's new for the coming competition season, how about one nice neat thread (stop laughing, it could happen!) where we can list those all in one place and maybe list the teams the new gyms are fielding if we know what they are already.

So, what do you know....list them here:

New Allstar Gyms and divisions (if known) for 12-13

Reinvented or merged gyms and who they used to be for 12-13

Gyms that closed or stopped offering Allstar cheer for 12-13

5,6,7,8....go!

We have United Elite in Co, a merge from Rocky mountain Elite and Cherry Creek Elite. The teams (sorry if I missed some) are a mini 1,j1,j2,j3,j4,s3, and small senior 5

Exceptional Athletics in Wisconsin... they have divisions but not levels set. I'm pretty sure this is a new gym

Envy Allstars in WI is a new gym... no idea what the levels are.

The coaches and athletes from Altius in the Milwaukee area are now in their own gym, Rockstar Athletics. Ultimate Fusion Athletics in Appleton, WI is still open, but I believe they are gymnastics and tumbling only. No cheer. :(

Theres also Cheer Central South in co they are just a half-year worlds team operating out of alpine allstars i believe

One Athletics on Long Island which had split off from Gravity Cheer the season before now merged with Long Island Cheer. Long Island Cheer also took over the cheer teams in New Image Gymnastics and is calling that gym Long Island Cheer West.
Most of Mid-Island Extreme left their gym and are now known as PAC (Platinum Athletics Cheer).

I think the new Charlotte Allstars south branch was Carolina Elite last season.
