(Don't kill me if a question like this ha been asked before, I looked and looked but couldn't find anything)

What do all of you/your CP's wear under sports bras? Whenever I wear a bra under, The bra straps are always visible and it's really annoying.

My cp just wears a regular bra, she doesn't care about the straps showing. Have you tried a racer back bra or one that allows to to convert the back to a criss-cross?

Some of my friends on my team wear the normal bra under sports bra, but its really annoying to stunt with when the flyer grabs their shoulder and the normal bra hurts their hands....
I reccomend the criss-cross bra straps, or you could just tie them if you can't find one (i couldn't last season :/ )

....People wear stuff UNDER their sports bras? I thought the sports bra was supposed to be the end of it? Isn't that the POINT? Or did I miss something?

*I understand ladies with a bit more love upstairs sometimes wear two sports bras or a particularly supportive regular one underneath.

People like me that weren't gifted with much need a little lift so we don't look 12 :p aka itty bitty titty committee

I have a larger upper area but I honestly go with one bra. Most of my teammates wear a normal bra under their sports bras. But I have heard that that isn't healthy. So I think a good sportsbra is all you need.

Now if we can get more girls to wear them.

Victoria secrets new sports bras are so supportive. They are padded and look almost like a regular bra but with a sports bra back. It's amazing!!!

Genie bras come with padding now and are actually really comfortable. They are more or less sports bras with padding. The padding can even be removed if you want. You can order them online or I got mine in the little "as seen on TV" section of Target. One black and one nude genie bra for 20 dollars.

I would think that underwire under a constricting sports bra would be uncomfortable AND unhealthy. I've read that wearing an underwire to bed is unhealthy, so I would assume that the compression from the sports bra on the wires could create a problem for your breasts.

Maybe I just have really awesome sports bras? I have a couple that are designed to support, not squish you uncomfortable and don't mess with your 'shape', as it were. I have two Champion ones and one other one (don't know the brand, but it actually has a clasp in back like a regular bra).
