I just keep shaking my head, thinking about what a joke Trinity has become. Those poor kids and families that moved to this gym because of the many great promises that were made. Some of these kids and families, who maybe didn't have much to begin with, probably thought this was the opportunity of a lifetime and really just couldn't pass it up. Now look where they're at! Stuck in the middle of one of those most digusting, drama filled events in allstar cheer. All of these adults from this gym should be ashamed of themselves. They have played around with these kids and their passion, and I'm hoping that all of the kids can recover from this and move forward. As for the adults, I hope this stings them all for a long time.

I've been AWOL from the boards for a while (started uni in September and worked hard- now back to my usual procrastination :D) but could someone please (nicely!) tell me who Jamie is? I reckon I'm up to date with most of the cheer drama now, but this keeps throwing me...

Jamie is the owner of Georgia Allstars

What you call a "bribe", he's calling a scholarship. I'm playing devil's advocate for a minute...don't male athletes get "scholarships" in order to entice them to cheer, all of the time? They receive things like: free tuition, free uniforms, free travel, some come from other states and get room and board. Now, what if a coach decided to create a contract for such things, and offer it to both boys AND girls - would that be a bribe or an "incentive"? Thoughts?
