All-Star Cheersport Updates Day 2 (sunday)

Outlaw All-Stars i5 was awarded an at-large.

Regardless if they are Div 1 and Div 2 it is the same division at Worlds. Since I don't have a Worlds athlete is it normal for an EP to stack their bids in certain divisions? I would think you would want to spread your representation out across many divisions to give yourself a better opportunity if having multiple winners.

Since I can't find their bid declaration, but recollection of prior years is that they won't pass over a division winner to give a bid to a second place finisher, but other than that they can choose the team they think will best represent.

Rays platinum won JL4. Weren't they in 6th or 7th after Saturday?

Ok so there are still 2 at-large bids to be given out unless they are just not going to redistribute the 2 bids that they gave to teams that already had bids, one of the teams who already had a paid bid... how does Cheersport not keep track of the teams that already have bids?

does cheersport have a scoring guideline or anything like that?? it just seems crazy the placings in some of these divisions. the teams that were doing hardly any level appropriate skills were placing higher than teams that were maxing out in their level. i keep saying this but i don't understand most of the placements at cheersport.

Anyone know what teams won't be accepting their at larges? I can see 5 or so of those teams definitely not accepting them.

Does anyone know what happened with Hayden Sr Black Large Sr 4? They were missing a flyer today. Also I am wondering about how that is handled in scoring? It appeared they scored pretty much the same both days. I understand that not having a stunt group go up doesn't have much if any effect since the # of groups required to max out would automatically go down with 1 less person on the floor. What I don't quite get is how they score the pyramid, which they obviously didn't have time to fix, since half of the pyramid just had a whole. I was surprised that they could stay in 2nd place.

All that said, props to them for going out and making the best of a difficult situation.
