A&T almost reminds me of Michigan High School Cheerleading. There are a few similarities. We MHC has 3 rounds, one focused on a cheer, one focused on syncronization & team tumbling skills, and a final round where anything goes really, and stunts are introduced. I would say Michigan cheer focuses on cleanliness as well. Sometimes you can see a team with full team tucks lose to a team with only squad back walkovers because they have better execution. I don't really know much about A&T so those are just some thoughts lol.
As a parent that has 3 cp's , one is a HS cheerleader, 2 allstar athletes, I've found HS cheer is definitely different than all star. My cp's school has only been a competitive team for 2 years now and made it to regionals. They did not progress to states but I am still proud that they have came this far. But, when it comes to understanding the judging, ect...I'm lost!

Instantaneous video is called live streaming.....
lol

Maybe instantaneous was the wrong word, but rest assured I was not talking about a live stream.
No point in paying for it when videos are available ALMOST instantaneously (satisfied?)

I've never cheered allstar! But I agree, the judging and format is absolutely different when it comes to allstar and MHSAA. I was thinking it might be similar to acro and tumbling, which I am completely uneducated on lol. But congrats to your cp's team making it to regionals!! the team I graduated off of made it to regionals this year for the first time :) It's definitely something to be proud of!!

Oh. Well I guess @King better ban me then ;)

That isn't entirely fair to me or him. I know it costs somewhere between 5,000-10,000 for the cable and for the internet to live stream it. If you record it from the stream I see why it is taken down. If someone is there and happens to take it (though illegal there) That is different.
