I'm 5.2 and 113.8 pounds I was wondering if I'm to big to fly or get on a college team?

It would depend on what schools you're looking at and how much experience you have. I'm actually was around the same size/weight when I was going into college, but was looking at schools with all girl squads, so I ended up basing and flying. There are honestly a lot of awesome and talented all girl squads - one of them being Indiana University.

Last year as long as u were 17 by the end of the year (this coming Dec) u were able to compete, not sure if the date has changed to reg Aug 31 cut off for this coming season.

Probably the best source for you is the usasf website. With a few tumbling and stunting restrictions rules are similar.
