Uuuuuuggghhh. I don't even want the stupid ipsy bag now, other than that I'm so annoyed about not getting it yet! So now I'm on a quest to get it.

If they send me one more thing that says "Skip the waiting list" that doesn't work, I swear I'll flip. (Not to mention that it's hardly "skipping" it if I've been on it for SIX MONTHS.):(:(:(:starwars:
You STILL havent gotten it?! Dang i'd be furious!!

I think Im finally going to pull the trigger on Tartes Amazonian Clay foundation. I have 50 dollars in rewards from ulta and a 20% off coupon. I just cant think of what to get with the rest of the reward.

dooo itttttt! you won't regret it!

Has anyone used the Urban Decay De-Slick setting spray? It's really hot where I live during football season, so I tend to sweat my make up right off. I really need a good setting spray that helps with oil control too, and I've heard some good things about this one. If anyone's used it, do you think it was worth the price? I don't want to spend $30 on something that may not work. Does anyone have suggestions for other setting sprays, too?

I've never used it but they offer travel sizes which are actually pretty decent sizes and like 1/2 the price :)

I have a travel size of their All Nighter setting spray, it's like half the price so its great to buy that first just in case. But my elf setting spray has actually worked better. I haven't tried the De-Slick one though. And I live in Florida so I know all about sweating :p

I'll definitely give the elf one a try and see if I like that before spending the money for urban decay. Thanks for the suggestion :)

So can anyone give me shampoo/conditioner and face wash recommendations? I just get too overwhelmed in their respective isles with all the choices and I don't want to buy anything expensive while knowing nothing about it.
I have wavy-ish hair that's prone to frizzy-ness and dryness on the outer layers. My skin is super oily, but not too prone to break out, just a few blackheads that I would like to get rid of. If anyone has any recommendations, I would be super appreciative!

has anyone ever used a blackhead extractor tool before. i know, i know, its been said you should never try and do it at home but ive been going back and forth on whether it really works or not.

I have one, they work great. I get bored doing it though so never finish with it. And if you don't already have one bobby pins work just as well (sometimes I lose it).

I use the Olay Fresh Effects shine shine go away and it's great if you use it every day in the morning. Keeps oil at bay. Also blotting papers are good for oily skin I used them a ton in school. I also use Clean and Clear Deep Clean Exfoliating scrub and that's great for blackheads. I use the scrub once, then the olay with the little brush it comes with, then the clean and clear again, and then Panoxyl face wash for my acne. I've also used the Biore pore strips before which are weirdly satisfying because you can see all of the dirt it pulls off your face, but since I wash my face 4 times before use they usually aren't picking much up for me! As far as hair stuff, I've tried so many products. I really like the Fekkai PrX line right now. It moisturizes and keeps frizz down and it doesn't leave hair feeling greasy or limp. Another thing to keep frizz or flyaways away is BedHead After Party. It comes in a hot pink pump. It's pricey (like $20) but it lasts a long time because you only need a tiny amount at a time. I use a lot of stuff, so sorry if that was overwhelming, but hopefully that gives you some ideas!

Not at all, that's all great! Thank you so much, I'll give them a try! I always carry blotting papers with me and I know what you mean about the Biore pore strips, sooo oddly satisfying.

Shampoos and conditioners with keratin help control frizz.

All of my friends with frizzy/dry hair swear by John Freida (I think it's called frizz-eze or something?) I find just using soap (I use Dove) and a washcloth works well for my face- it's gentle so doesn't encourage any extra oiliness and the washcloth gets rid of my blackheads. The water has to be hot though!

I use the John Frieda products as well as the Tres Semme curly hair moisturizing mousse. I also do not use shampoo - only conditioner - on a daily basis. Shampoo very very rarely.

I have found Clinique products to work great for my skin.
