literally in the worst mood.
I went to Michaels and they had the fujifilm instax cameras $50 off, and i have always wanted one and so i texted my parents and asked and they said yeah sure go for it, so i bought it. Then i get home and i show it to them and they FREAK OUT because its a film camera/polaroid, and they thought it was a waste of money so they made me feel like crap for wanting it and i just feel like crying because it was something i really loved and i was just beyond mad at this point, so i drove back and returned it. I'm just frustrated because i can't spend money on myself on stuff i ACTUALLY WANT, but they can buy me gifts that are more expensive that i don't even want? frustrated, so frustrated.

If it makes you happy, then get it. I don't think it's a dumb idea or a waste of money, it sounds cool! Do you know how much stuff I've gotten that my parents thought I was crazy to get? The list is like a mile long. When they see how much you enjoy it, I think they will change their mind. It's your money, spend it how you want. I understand that parents want you to spend your money wisely but if it's something you love then it's worth it IMO.

Before he posted his pic on here, I thought he was some huge, burly dude. And now we're finding out he's a cat person? Geez, @ACEDAD , you're seeming less and less intimidating as time goes by.

Definitely not a cat person. And I'm generally not intimidating to friends.

Every year my school and a local special needs school do a holiday exchange thing. One day, they have a ton of students come to our school and perform skits and dances at lunch, and the following week our school goes and performs for them at their school. We always make really cute holiday bows for that performance, and last year one of the girls on the special needs school's cheer team said that she really liked mine. I had an extra on my backpack so I gave it to her. It made her so happy, so this year I'm making their whole team matching ones with our team! It's hard to tell in the picture, but the white part is glittery. The coaches are keeping it a surprise so the girls won't know until I pass them out right before they perform. I can't wait to give them to their team! They're going to be so excited!

Whoops, for whatever reason I had forgotten that the picture was of a cat... distracted typing is not a good thing.

ETA: I mean a dog.
