Okay, first, please understand that this IS NOT AN OFFICIAL RULING, this is just what I see based on what I know of the rules.

1) The first skill your talking about is a level 3 "partner stunt" release move. Because the flyers hips don't go above extended level, and it's caught at prep level (an extended flat body position is considered a prep level stunt) it follows the rules of a partner stunt release move. The prep level bracer is not required for the skill to be legal, but obviously it makes it seem to be more part of the pyramid by her bracing it, as well as she can help with the height and the balance/control of the flyer.

2) Yes, you are correct. This is not a release move. There is a base that stays in contact with the stunt the entire time on both sides of the pyramid. The one of the left is a bit more difficult to see, but look at the base that is closest to the front of the mat. She clearly maintains contact the entire time.

i know for a fact that flip forward around to prep in center in the pyramid is illegal. Les just clarifies this on facebook
