I am almost positive Planet Spirit All Stars is Minnesota's biggest gym .

I think people who hop gyms are not in it for the experience and the team bond you have .. they just are in it to win it . Dont get me wrong winning is AAWESOME ! but its more fun when you do it with a team you have bonded with and worked hard together to win ! Just to hop gyms to win .. really...

For AllStar when I was younger we didnt have to run as much as we do now .. we usually will run in the non-comp. season only and then other warm-ups during the comp season .. also we run in the summer cause it is cold in Minnesoooota ! But we will run anywhere from 1 mile to 1.5 miles... pluss...

When your the last pass in tumbling and you mess up on a skill and end in a tuck .. Right before you go on .. when some people want to be serious and others wanna have fun . If you go on later in the day , not being able to eat what you want cause you dont want to throw up all over the floor...

I like All-Star way better .. I give props to high school cheerleaders because it is kinda hard to cheer and stunt .. but All-Star is WAY more interesting and doesnt take forever to watch .. or at least doesnt seem like it cause you dont have to listen to cheers . All Star also has more levels...

Yess ! I think it would be super cool to have a cheer channel .. they could do like cheer workouts and cheer reality but also show nationals and worlds on the channel and maybe how different gyms practice and they could show the different cheer gatherings haha .. like the daytona beach stunt...
