Imo the USA should do away with the aging out of seniors at 18 rule.. Sweden has senior divisions as 16+, it's worked perfectly fine. Then we wouldn't need open divisions. Also do away with xs and limited. Make small >19, medium 20-29, large 30-39. If you need a limited division call it xs, >15...
