Can someone please explain or post a photo of the proper grips for the load in of a 180 from the ground up to an extended heel stretch? Thanks so much!

Hi, I don´t have photo or video but for explain the grip to my kids I work backwards. Start with a shoe and the 2 bases in one leg extended stunt grip, then go to ground up lib position with 1/2 turn without change the grip or release the shoe. This will help the kids understand how it works and they can figure out the stunt from there. Of course the requirement for this stunt is a mastered ground up one-leg stunt.
