OMG....I have never seen that uniform before. That is stunning.
This is the new uniform for Spirit Elite in St. Peters, MO. It was used during Worlds 2013, but this will be the first season that all 13 squads use this uniform. The bow was her practice bow. I think the competitive bow is mainly white.
My only issue is, being decently known in this industry now, I have seen a good amount of the new uniforms before everyone else because the coaches ask for my input and opinion.
Although I do love this uniform, this design is way to common. Especially this upcoming season. It's similar to SJS(storm), some new CEA uniforms, the uniform posted after. I mean yes they have few changes but at the same time I constantly see that same triangle "v" shape mesh, or non mesh arm design with gradient stones.
So in my eyes, perhaps it's because I'm OCD about uniforms, WC Odysseys uniforms did not impress me or give me that "wow" factor. Companies need to start things that will be remembered and influence later decisions such as.
I will use GK Elite as an example:
- mesh full top (F5) was a total game changer in the industry. Look how many teams its influenced
- shorts, I'm pretty sure GK started the shorts trend as well
-scatter stones around a logo, they were first brought to the table and noticed when GK designed Cheer Athletics Wildcats black uniforms.
These uniforms and trends are game changers and completely changed the image of uniforms within ONE season.
So I'm waiting for varsity to have that comeback WOW factor. But they just might very soon. I was offered a job with Varsity, Rebel Athletic, and GK. I have not chosen a path yet. But when the time comes, you fierceboarders that know my work will be able to pinpoint a Ryan Huffer uniform within seconds.

Perfection to me! Love love x5
Now everytime I see a uniform with these features, I'll wonder what could have been done differently. THANKS! lol
I will forever love a gradient stones. On arms, legs, shoulder whatever. I don't know why but I just love them and I'm pretty sure most uniforms that I've designed for fun or whatever have them, oh well. To quote Icona Pop, "I DON'T CARE, I LOVE IT"
But I do agree, there are things that you constantly see over and over again. There's one type of design that I feel like I see over a lot, it's a little sort of swirl that goes across the chest and then down one arm. Like this:
Funky Shoulder Crop Top from GK Elite
(Not at all trying to pick on GK, I believe there is a Varsity style like this but I'm too lazy to find it)
Don't get me wrong, it's a nice looking uniform and everything but I just think that design is over done. I think it is a very pretty design but also a very common one. Okay, mini rant over, must get back to (errr...finally start) writing a paper.
I just saw this new uniform on twitter. I love it!
Im guess these aren't fitted to each athlete yet but I don't like the bagginess (is that a word ) of the girls full top and the guys pants. But other than I that its pretty!
This is my old gym....and I LOVE the uniforms!
I'm sure these are just prototypes - a lot of friends of mine that are on the team haven't gotten them yet.
Here is the back -
I've seen a lot of gyms use that GK design, and I really like it! My gym has the same design but in our colors and with our logo.
I especially like the font...
Panther Cheer Athletics. What a pretty uniform. This could be one of my favorite full top uniforms.
