It's not bad overall but I don't understand cut outs at all... So many nice uniforms are almost wasted because of random, useless cut outs. What exactly is this triangle in the middle of their back supposed to offer ?

My girl thinks its to show off their spray tan. Otherwise, its just midriff and legs showing that we pay a buttload to spray tan. More cutouts - more bang for your spray tan buck.

I'm actually not gonna hate on the cutout. At least it's small enough where you could wear a two-strap sports bra and still be okay. And the skirt kinda goes since there's more white on the back, but I'm still not too of big a fan. But I will never be a fan of the black socks on anyone.

See I don't spray tan - yes I look extremely pale at comps - but on some uniforms cut outs are a no! This one isn't so bad
