All-Star 2014-2015 Competition Schedule

What competitions will everyone be going to this season?

USA Wildcats will be going to
WSF-City of Seven Hills Classic-MA
Spirit Sports Northeast Knockout-MA
Spirit cheer Beast of the east-Atlantic City
Battle at the Capitol-DC
NCA-Dallas (only our sm coed 5)
UCA-Disney
Reach the beach-Ocean City
And the Summit if we qualify (just our level 3 and 4 teams)
And a few other smaller local competitions.

GLCC in Sandusky Ohio
Cheersport Nationals in Atlanta Ga
Champion Spirit Group in Schaumburg IL
Spirit Sports Nationals in Myrtle Beach
and The Dance Worlds for our open and senior hip hop and possibly junior hip hop!

We have our entire comp. schedule, practices, special clinics, choreography dates all finalized and are given out at the first practice.

World Cup has the schedule out as soon as teams are made, I'm sure the usuals are on the schedule (spirit cheer ac, athletic champs providence, NCA, UCA, worlds and summit)

We won't have ours until after tryouts. I can't wait to find out where our teams are headed this year! Rumor has it, we are doing more two day comps.

Since we are in SoCal & traveling is expensive, our competition schedule is:

Am. Grand (Vegas/Summit Bid)
Fullout (All-Star Games qualifier)
Spirit Sports (Summit Bid)
NCA (Summit Bid)
USA Nationals (Summit Bid)
Am. Showcase (Summit Bid)

Just on my quick research it looks like in 2013 there were 355 At Large Summit bids, 107 paid at 27 events.
2014 375 AL/100 pd - 40 events
2015 400 AL/100 pd - 61 events

Just curious if anyone knows if all bids were used in 2014 or if there were some that didn't get used. CP's program is definitely attending more comps offering Summit bids this year, too. It seemed harder to get a bid this year with fewer bids being awarded at an event. Never seen a bunch of kids that kept placing 1st and kept leaving comps with long faces and
"But why" questions in the car on still not getting that elusive Summit bid. CP's program is going to Cheersport and UCA this year, also. Please post basic scores on Summit comps, EPs, NCA style. Much, much appreciated.
