Bridges always help :) try to get your chest directly above your hands and lock your knees out straight. Then when you can do that, walk your legs closer to your hands and try again. Good luck!
 
Try pulling your scorpion laying on your stomach, this helped me a lot. Also try doing a front split with the leg you fly on in front of you then lay back on your leg. Keep your butt on the ground though, along with the leg in front. Lay back slowly and be careful! :)

do your scorpion in a doorway, push your leg up the doorframe as far as it will go then using your hands try to push yourself away from the opposite side of the door towards your leg. (this helped me soo much) also do bridges and walk your hands towards your feet! look up stretching videos with gabi butler! good luck :)
 
put your right leg on a couch and lay on your elbows on the ground...so the only part of your body on ground should be your elbows...now have someone else stretch your left leg closer to your back
