Jump High and Set : You need a good jump to be able to set for the proper amount of time, and the set is so that way you don't go straight back. You're set should be a little angled backwards but nothing drastic.
Pull Hard : As soon as you hit your set, you want your knees to come to your chest, DON'T BRING YOUR LEGS TO YOUR BUTT, once they come to your chest it's up to you pull your knees over your body.
Stand : This is what I see as the most important part of the tuck. A lot of touchdowns happen because people do not pick up their chests at the end. If you spot where you are at in your tuck, and see the ground, stand! Pull your chest up and stand firm.

Follow these and you should have a Standing Tuck. Also remember that no skill is acquired without failing at it. It takes time and it's not just going to happen in the blink of an eye.

So with that being said, GOOD LUCK!! Let me know if you get it!!!! :D

if you have a hard time setting, then try circling your arms around in your set to your legs. It will also help you get into a better tucked position.
