Ok guys. The new season is coming, and every cheerleader wants those defined abs that look amazing in their uniform. Plus, summer is closing in, and we all want to look good for swimsuit season.
OVERALL. Post your favorite workouts that really help define your abdominals. Google doesn't give good enough specialized workouts, so I think that since THIS IS A FORUM, and cheerleaders like conditioning, we should all pitch in and help each other out.

P90X ab ripper!

I also do regular crunches but pull my legs up off the ground a bit. You lay as if you were doing a regular crunch (knees bent, feet on floor). Pick feet up off the floor but lower the thighs closer to the floor (so that you aren't 90 degrees at the hip, but more "flat"). Then I do this twisting to each side.

Lastly, I lay on my back, knees bent and using only my abs I pull my knees up over my head (I call it the Bug) :D
