But the "if they think that's hard they should see Smoed! Their conditioning is soooo hard!" comments are getting on my nerves. I see them under so many cheer videos.

If you think Smoed is the only all-star team with conditioning so vigorous that it induces gagging, dry heaving and vomiting, you don't know much about all-star.
