where did you see a schedule? Do they have a tentative schedule up somewhere?

Probably mailed or emailed to the coaches. One of my facebook friends listed all of the IOC5 teams on his facebook page and I'm assuming he wasn't just copying it from here.

they just sent some preliminary stuff to gym owners. definitely a good sized competition. i do like the set up - levels 2-6 in the main area & levels 1 & dance upstairs.

it was just for coaches. i cant post it anywhere because its a very rough schedule. alot of teams were put in the wrong division.

Does the rough schedule give any times for awards? Wondering what time they expect level 4 and 5 awards to take place. Are they two different awards ceremonies?

level 1 awards- 10:30 am
level 2 awards- 12:20 pm
dance awards- 3:00 pm
level 3 awards- 4:00 pm
level 4 awards- 6:00 pm
level 5&6 awards- 9:00 pm

first draft of the schedule was sent to coaches Wednesday. The first one they post to the public will be up Monday.

Ugh. Looks like its the same layout as last year for the higher levels. That means lots of crowding!

yepp!!! i was thinking the same thing! seems like they have some much wasted space that they could use.
i also saw that they are giving you your deductions like 5 minutes after you perform along with a vide.

they had an 'instant replay' for teams last year, didn't they? Or at least they did downstairs.

If they just changed the direction the stage was facing (similar to one of the Cheersport "halls" from this past season) I don't think it would be as crowded, or wouldn't feel as crowded. I believe in '10 they had higher levels downstairs set up like this and it definitely felt more spacious.
IDK that's just what I'm hoping. Last year was crowded enough, and the comp is bigger this year?
