Back Hand Spring?

I want my BHS by the end of June and my RO BHS by the end of July because my season starts in the end of July. Whenever I do it on the trampoline my arms bend because I sink in or I jump to high up since its a trampoline. I'm taking privates at CA but tips are welcome :) thank you

It's only on the trampoline, I can do it pretty good on floor with a spotter... Ill take any tips

Stop practicing it on the trampoline. I presume your evaluations will be on a spring floor. Work on perfecting your BHS on the floor. (IMO- trampolines are awful to really work on a skill) Best of luck to you!!!

That's probably why, it was an IMO I think. I've gotten better and now my coach says he barely spots me and I just need to get my hips through :) he says in doing really good and I'm so close to getting it on the ground not in a foam pit or cheese mat.
