I love that idea (assuming the girls own their own uniforms - ours do not) and pretty sure you could make it yourself for much less. $300 sounds like a lot of money for that. I know there are quite a few parents on here who have done a great job with their cp's uniforms - @12stepCheermom I'm thinking of you, so maybe you can help out here.
$300? If you have a hobby lobby near you every other week they're 50% off and depending on size you can get the box for $50 for one big enough for two uniforms (I always shadow boxed his and hers together from the same uniform period) so if it's just one you could probably get out even cheaper with a smaller one.

This is what I've got. It's every uniform they've worn in ten years (except for CA). Bought all the boxes at hobby lobby. I'll do their CA ones after the end of this season. It's the uniform top of his, the top and skirt for hers and every seasons competition bow that went with it. The wall is in our mancave in the basement.
