Hi I am a male cheerleader and I am trying to learn how to base a one man stunt. I need tips! I can throw my flyer a good height but once she's up I have trouble getting my hand under her shoes quick enough. Any tips?

I don't know how to explain, but I often see new bases make a big circle with the arms when they catch the feet instead of just move the arms straight down.
If you have the height and the arm-thing is not a problem, I wold say you only need experience. It does not take long until you start to learn where the girls feet are (that will save some time when you dont have too look for them)
