I'm form the UK so apologies for my ignorance haha! But are there any good sites which you can watch the bigger competitions on? Paid or free!

i would say it really just depends on the competition. if there is a live stream, which many comps do, then it will generally say on the competitions website and will give you a link/directions to the lifestream site.

Varsity.tv is where you will be able to watch all of the major Varsity Spirit/Varsity All Star competitions this year.
