Does anyone have a tips/drills to get younger, shy girls to really perform? The majority of my team tends go through routines with just a small smile and it’s like pulling teeth to really get them to give us “more”. Skills are looking great in the off season but I would love to add a little bit more sass/attitude! Any advice on breaking them out of their shells?
Majority of the athletes in question are 10-11 years old with 1-2 years competitive experience.
