Interim Tumbling Director/Instructor:
We are looking for the qualified candidate to spend 3 months (January - March, 2015) on the beautiful West Coast working in our program. The right candidate will gain valuable experience, see a new part of the country, meet great people and have the opportunity to put your skills & ideas in action.
Applicants must have excellent technical tumbling and spotting skills (Levels 1 - 5), work well with athletes of all ages, be able to communicate effectively with parents, students and staff, and take initiative in the development of our tumbling program. Housing will be provided in your package, and pay is competitive and based on experience. We offer a positive, well-organized and highly respected work environment and would love for the right candidate to join us for this unique opportunity.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
-Be 18 years of age or older and be able to pass a background check
-USASF certification through Level 5 (if you currently don't possess this certification, we will assist you in obtaining)
-Previous tumbling coaching and spotting experience
-Knowledge of drills and skills and the ability to spot forward rolls through fulls
-Previous knowledge/experience in social media, multimedia, marketing, and program developement a plus
-Have a positive & respectful attitude with strong communication & administrative skills
