What is the cheapest shipping supplier to send from the USA to England?

i always ask regular us postal service. some websites dont offer them, but than put in the comment box or mail them to ask if they want to do it or ask them to look for the cheapest service they can find.

i noticed services as ups and fedex usually handle it quicker but stay longer in customs when entering the country.
its those customes that often add up to the price as sometimes, especially when doing a larger order, you need to pay import taxes.
