CRYING AT PRACTICE. especially on a senior team. Girls on my senior team sometimes cry because their spot has been moved or been taken out of the air. It is so frustrating

Little kids I understand they don't always understand why they're being moved or whats happening. Only reason why seniors and above should be crying is cause they're hurt! Like broken bone, dislocation or even crying from shock cause they've done a double down and someone has forgot to catch her (hope that doesn't happen!)
