To gym owners/coaches, how much are the warehouses typically and how many square feet does it need to have in order to open up a cheer gym?

You have to ask about a certain area. A gym in the Midwest is much less than a gym in Ca or NY area, can’t compare.

Check your area, I know of a couple of gyms that got a short term lease in empty retail spaces that have high ceilings. There was a gym a couple towns over from me that opened in an old Toys R Us. Bonus Points: there's already restrooms, lighting, and sound systems!

Finding a location is much harder than people think. 20' + ceilings and 42' + column spacing is the hardest part to find typically. Square footage depends on how big the business will be.
