The suspense is over! CHEERSPORT Nationals kicks off today and the competition will be FIERCE.

“CHEERSPORT was founded by all star coaches who loved competitive cheerleading/dance and who believed they could conduct competitions that would be better for the kids, the coaches and the spectators. They utilized their experiences (and frustrations) at other competitions to design CHEERSPORT.”

The first official “Nationals” was held in 1997 with 32 teams in attendance – and now the National Championship has over 900 teams attending!

Held in Atlanta, Georgia at the Georgia World Congress Center, CHEERSPORT will be awarding eight Full-Paid and 16 At-Large bids to The Cheerleading Worlds, and four Partial-Paid and eight At-Large bids to The Dance Worlds.

The event will also be offering 30 Cheer bids and 14 Dance bids to The Summit.

Spectator admission is cash only and tickets may be purchased at the GWCC today (1 pm to 9 pm) and all day Saturdayand Sunday. 10 years and younger are free and 11 years and older is $20/day.

CHEERSPORT also offers a priority viewing area during your teams performance and Universal Event Photography for official photos and videos.

You can check out the competition and award schedule for this weekends event here along with the parents packet and coaches packet.
