I say "coach" and then their name but I used to cheer at gym that the coaches let the athletes call them by their first name not coach and then their name but it was just there first name and I thought it was really disrespectful to call them just by there name and not put a ms. mrs. mr. or coach in front of it. They are adults not one of your friends and they deserve respect.
