High School Competition Cheer

Hey there! I'm trying to write a cheer for my Massachusetts high school team for competition. We compete in the midwach leagues and need 90 seconds of cheer. We have green and white, and our mascot is the stabs...oh and the school name is Tahanto. We have strength/ girl power theme this year so any pointers would be awesome!!
