Last year it was not live. And from what I know, it is not live this year either. The videos are posted in a timely manner after a team's performance. It really does update fast. You could be watching a team with less than 30 min. after their live performance. Definitely worth the $20.

No. But I really believe it's just a leftover screen from a few years ago that never got wiped.
